how do you all get such straight, smooth lines when you cut your shirts? i've been using scissors and the lines are always raggity.

couple questions,

-what do you all use to cut your fabric, shirts, etc.?
-any ideas of what to put on my shirts, phrases or lyrics?
- good style shirts to make, for beginners.
